A 30% deposit is due upon acceptance of the proposal to reserve furnishings and installation dates. The remaining balance is due upon the successful close of escrow or until staging is no longer needed.

Before staging begins, we work with homeowners to thoughtfully edit and prepare the home using primarily their existing furnishings and belongings. The goal is to simplify, depersonalize, and create a clean foundation* that allows professional staging to have the greatest impact while reducing the stress of preparing a home for sale.
